yesterday we had sec4 farewell for ld. It was really fun and enjoyable and somehow didnt seem like a farewell. It was more like a post-production party or something and i still cant get over the fact that the sec 4s will no longer be there and we will never see them in ld ever ever again. It was kinda sudden. somehow I always thought that it would just be that they would not come for sessions anymore and not be totally gone. Well now I shall stop talking about the sad part and instead focus on the fun part.
we sec1s did a skit and I was acting as june, a super duper hyperactive girl but rather emo. ashima acted as a super sarcastic girl,tiffany as an aloof and curt person,anni as a tomboy, farah as a responsible person,daphne as a nerd, kt as a bimbo(hahaz..) and joey as a dumb blonde.(is it blond or blonde?) karen and jiahui didnt act. so the play was basicly like a competition where each had to chose a flower and recite a poem on it. Then after reciting it, we gave the poem and the drawing of the flower to a senior.(the poems and script were done by karen and the drawings by jiahui) All the seniors went like awwwwwwww......how sweet and they liked our acting! yay! They even said the play was well directed,scripted and carried out.yays!Some of us forgot our lines but we improvised, so it was ok.
The sec2s did a dance. Basicly they were like headless chickens and poor violet had no partner and was spinning around in circles most of the time. But they danced quite ok but not great or anything. I loved the songs! They used buttons by PCD! yay....PCD ROX!Anyway about the dance, melly's famous line will be remembered by all in ld for a longlong time! "This is why all of you are here and not at the dance studio!" hahaz...
The sec3s did a video and of course, it was great! Mellie was mother mellissa,mellam was seetoh, claire was a translatorand something else, livvy was a french foreigner, xintian was damn funny as emma(I didnt know she could act that well...she wasalways rather reserved.) and lintong was the best. She played this dumb,blind guitar player.hahaz...
After that we had present giving! The sec 3s gave HANDPAINTED TEES!!! They were super duper cool! I really really liked melos and joeys ones. Melos was made by xintian and joeys was made by sherrie. The sec2s gave er......inedible muffins! no....actually they organised the whole thing and gave wonderful presents! It was done very well and everyone loved farewell! Then us the sec1s gave them the flowers and poems of course. After present giving, everyone took photos,photos and more photos!
Now, I shall talk about the costumes!(yes,Im not done yet) Basicly the sec3s were the only ones who wore something other than jeans or skirts or pinafores so I shall commend them. Lintong came as as egyptian princess or something and i reallyreally loved her costume! I wonder where she gets all her costumes and cothes from....they are always uber trendy. Livvy came as a detective. I think. Well....she was wearing a pinstripe suit,red tie and a black hat. I just love Livvy's wardrobe! In fact,I love all my senior's clothes! One day I shall sneak into their homes and steal all their clothes. muahahahahaha......ok and claire and hannah were in uniform and Nat came as a greek goddess. She looked quieter than usual in it. Xintain and Suvi came as mice. They looked really cute! especially suvi's nose and xintians ears! Sherrie was wearing a chinese costume. She looked scary in it. I dont know why. Well so basicly after photos everyone hugged the sec4s and started leaving including me.The father picked me up and Farah and daphne taught me the physics pt. Thx!
Well....gtg its already 11.40 and I have to go early to school tomorrow to hand in physics pt. I think Im going to fail it. I shall now go to my corner and weep.
